Arruinando totalmente una sorpresa, la ilusión y planeación de meses de una persona!
Of course, the reason I give it 1 star is because I can't give it LESS! a date had been scheduled and settled well in advance, I did not respect it and they behaved in a completely disinterested and rude way! Totally ruining a surprise, the illusion and planning of months of a person!
