Un dato curioso es que dicha noria funcionaba con la tracción de un buey, el cual trabajaba hasta su muerte, posteriormente era remplazado por otro. La Noria is a spectacular building thirty meters high, built in the first years of the 18th century; Its function was to supply water to the San Roque farm, located in the current municipality of Tepeyahualco, Puebla. Se pueden realizar eventos, visitas y hospedaje, incluso nos cuentan que se han filmado películas ahí. Interesante para visitar algo fuera de lo ordinario. Es una joya histórica, prácticamente el único molino de sangre aún en pie en la zona, rodeado de campos y veredas excelentes para caminar o pedalear, el casco de la hacienda muy bello, lleno de rincones que valen la pena disfrutar!!
