It is difficult to collect a sample from a bb, they asked me to send it today and it was not open even though I asked for directions, they never answered me when I called and super rude. Very bad service.

Hace dos días pregunte el costo de coproparasitoscopico y la Sra de recepción fue super descortés, te trata como si te fueran a regalar el servicio.
Sra sepa que ser amable no es difícil y si no le gusta su trabajo que hace ahí?.

They should know that a customer returns if the treatment is friendly regardless of the costs.
Two days ago I asked for the cost of a coproparasitoscopico and the reception lady was super rude, she treats you as if they were going to give you the service.
Mrs. know that being nice is not difficult and if you do not like your job what do you do there ?.
