“Mañana, mañana, mañana” seems to be the classic response for everything here in Mexico, “Tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow”. We decided to change this MO and bring a U.S. and Canadian standard to business to Puerto Vallarta, thus we started our own business, Exclusive Realtors.

My wife and I are no strangers to property management and Real Estate. Starting in Colorado, I managed 8 medical buildings for over 7 years. Then we started a successful property management company in Florida building it from nothing to just over 95 properties before we decided to sell and move to Mexico.

You get the best of both worlds, Christy, an American Citizen, with Permanent Resident Status in Mexico and thus being able to legally work and do business in Mexico, and I as a Mexican Citizen. I speak both fluent Spanish and English. But more importantly, I can navigate through the Mexican bureaucracy and hurdles of doing business here, while striving for the level of service you expect in the US and Canada. Not, “Mañana,” but “I will get right on it”.
