★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hablaron (no se como obtuvieron mi numero) con el gancho de invitarme a una platica personalizada de un patrocinador de 20-30mins con un regalo de cortesia que era aleatorio y que incluia en las posibilidades 3 noches en una playa nacional.
En primera estamos en pandemia, visitas personalizadas deben ser limitadas a lo escencial, en segunda los viajes ahorita deben ser limitados a emergencias (principalmente por la pandemia), en tercera nunca me informaron de donde sacaron mis datos, solo dijeron que de una red de referidos, y finalmente, no deberian estar hablando a gente que no se inscribio a algo con el fin de vender, eso hace que apeste a rata/fraude potencial.
No he utilizado el negocio , que dice ser agencia de viajes, pero solo por este evento, yo manejaria mis asuntos con ellos con cautela.
They spoke to me (I don't know how they got my number) with the idea of inviting me to a personalized talk from a sponsor for 20-30mins with a courtesy gift that was random and included in the possibilities 3 nights at a national beach.
In the first we are in a pandemic, personalized visits should be limited to the essentials, in the second the trips now must be limited to emergencies (mainly due to the pandemic), in the third they never informed me where they got my data, they only said that from a network of referrals, and finally, they shouldn't be talking to people who didn't sign up for something in order to sell, that makes it stink of potential rat / fraud.
I have not used the business, which claims to be a travel agency, but just for this event, I would handle my affairs with them with caution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelé el contrato, decidí hacerlo después de pensarlo bien en el servicio que me ofrecíeron. Tuve complicaciones apesar de hacerlo en menos de 24 horas porque no me lo querían hacer. Tuve que asesorarme en Profeco. Si se puede cancelar dentro de los 5 días hábiles legalmente aunque no lo diga el contrato. Si te pueden devolver integró el dinero si llegas a pagar con tarjeta si hacen el trámite antes de 7 días aunque te digan que no, eso me lo dijo Clip que es a quien usan para hacer los cargos.
I canceled the contract, I decided to do it after thinking well about the service they offered me. I had complications despite doing it in less than 24 hours because they didn't want to do it to me. I had to get advice from Profeco. If it can be canceled within 5 business days legally, even if the contract does not say so. If they can refund you, integrated money if you pay by card if they do the procedure before 7 days even if they say no, Clip told me that is who they use to make the charges.

Fraud they do not fulfill what they promise they are pure hook with fictitious gifts without being an expert you realize that they are scammers when they want to support themselves according to them that they have agreements with the Ministry of Tourism the same Ministry dissociates itself from any Private Company
