★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un bello lugar . con historia y un diferente planteamiento arquitectonico para su época.
No dejes de visitarlo. Y si vas en domingo y hay quesadillas de cesos no dejes de probar una o dejarla pagada antes de entrar al convento por que se terminan muy rápido.
 A beautiful place with history and a different architectural approach for its time.
Do not forget to visit it. And if you go on a Sunday and there are quesadillas of cesos do not stop trying one or leave it paid before entering the convent because they end very fast.

Una joya del arte sacro en México, fue construido por los frailes menores “Ordo Fratrum Minorum”, considerado único, por las dimensiones pequeñas de su claustro -sólo tienes que alzar el brazo para alcanzar el segundo piso.
San Nicolás de Bari, fue restaurado en el año 2000 por la fundación “Adopte una Obra de Arte”, actualmente es resguardado por el INAH.

Convent of San Nicolás de Bari, Oxtotipac
A jewel of sacred art in Mexico, it was built by the minor friars “Ordo Fratrum Minorum”, considered unique, due to the small dimensions of its cloister - you only have to raise your arm to reach the second floor.
San Nicolás de Bari, was restored in 2000 by the “Adopt a Work of Art” foundation, it is currently protected by INAH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellisimo ex-convento lleno de historia, en muy buen estado de conservación. Llama la atención su baja altura, el techo de madera y sin arcos, lo cual lo hace muy característico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando llegue acababa de terminar el viacrucis de viernes Santo. La iglesia cerrada y mucho silencio.
Los alrededores completamente limpios y en orden. Eso me encantó.
El edificio es impresionante.
Cómo a una calle hay una lagunita muy pequeña, pero llena de peces de buen tamaño. Los niños los alimentan.
Enfrente una miscelánea de nombre muy original. No vi ningún otro lugar comercial.
When I arrived I had just finished the Stations of the Cross on Good Friday. The church closed and very quiet.
The surroundings completely clean and in order. That enchanted me.
The building is impressive.
About a street away there is a very small lagoon, but full of good-sized fish. The children feed them.
Face a miscellany of very original name. I did not see any other commercial place.
