★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que contrate el servicio fue una mala atención, 0 orientada al servicio del cliente. Evidentemente fue un error de sus publicaciones y sistema y en ningún momento se quizo llegar a una solución para los dos. Solamente se escudaron que el sistema no permitía y ya no se podía.
Después ya para inicia el viaje solamente iba mi familia, al parecer sólo nosotros contratamos (?)y no hubo ningún problema si el chófer hubiese sabido a que iba, realmente estaba medio confundido como nosotros. (como si debíamos pagar una cuota que no esta especificado en su tour, los horarios, ubicaciones o el hotel).
Luego para continuar con el viaje no se inicio a la hora debida así que ya no hubo mucho tiempo para planear una parada para comer la cual si estaba en nuestro trayecto pero en el tour que nos pusieron el chófer lo desconocía. Son 5hrs de camino con 5hrs de subir y bajar, no creo que no puedan organizar un lugar para parar a comer, es tortura.
No me quedo satisfecha precio/experiencia por eso. Estuvo bonito el recorrido pero realmente sólo es "Ahí vayan suban bajen los veo aquí en 4 hrs". Definitivamente no vuelvo a contratar nada.
Since I hired the service, it was poor attention, or customer service oriented. Obviously it was an error in their publications and system and at no time did they want to reach a solution for both of them. They only took cover that the system did not allow and it was no longer possible.
Later, to start the trip, only my family went, apparently only we hired (?) and there was no problem if the driver had known what he was going to, he was really half confused like us. (as if we had to pay a fee that is not specified in your tour, times, locations or the hotel).
Then to continue with the trip it did not start at the due time so there was not much time to plan a stop to eat which if it was on our way but on the tour that the driver did not know. They are 5hrs on the way with 5hrs of going up and down, I don't think they can't organize a place to stop to eat, it's torture.
I am not satisfied with the price / experience for that. The tour was nice but it really is only "There go go up get down I see you here in 4 hours". Definitely I will not hire anything again.
