Le entregué al cajero $760 dlls, me confirmó el monto recibido, me entregó el dinero en pesos mexicanos y cuando llegué a casa vi en el recibo que solo me había entregado el equivalente a $740 dlls. Escribí a correo de atención al clientes y me dijeron que si tenían el sobrante en sucursal pero me dejaron de contestar y nunca me lo repusieron. Error mío por confiado pero cuidado con este centro cambiario y sus demás sucursales
Count carefully the money that you hand in and that the cashier returns to you. I gave the cashier $760 dlls, he confirmed the amount received, he gave me the money in Mexican pesos and when I got home I saw on the receipt that he had only given me the equivalent of $740 dlls. I wrote to the customer service email and they told me that if they had the leftover in the branch but they stopped answering me and they never replaced it. My mistake for trusting but be careful with this exchange center and its other branches
