I had a king room with 1 super king bed and a double in separate area, one bathroom, two TVs. No a/c, but not needed here. Blackout curtains helped me sleep anytime of day. The morning breakfast was fantastic, lots of choices. Will stay here next trip

Rooms are beautiful and very tastefully done. Excellent lighting, comfortable furniture, great bathroom with good amenities. The only reason that this doesn't get five stars is the lack of air conditioning. With it, an easy 5 star rating.

I was disappointed in my room. Booked because of convenience of location but that was the only thing that was good 1- Lack of a/c. It would probably be atrocious in the summer. I came for the day of the dead festivities and the temperatures weren't hot at all and still was warm in the room 2- There was peculiar smell in the room that wouldn't go away 3- House keeping. On two occasions the room was not cleaned correctly. For example. I placed my toothbrush inside one of the cups in the sink. When I came back my toothbrush was on the counter and the cup was flipped back upside down and it wasn't even cleaned. 4- Lack of space/cabibets/drawers. 5- Outside noise. 6- Bad curtains. Sun came right on in the morning

The hotel room was nice. But no air conditioner. There was a balcony but no door to use it. The elevator was broken but they had a bellman who was very friendly and willing to help. It was extremely close to very nice shopping and dining. The front desk personal were extremely friendly and helpful.

My stay has been nice, 3.5 star hotel I’d say. You’ll definitely feel the difference between this hotel and Marriott but that’s what you pay for

Very nice rooms, nice hot water, very good location. Tons of stuff to do within walking distance. The staff was super cool and spoke very good English. I would stay again easily.

I randomly ended up staying here from Priceline.com. I have to say my expectations were well exceeded. It was ultra modern, stylish, comfortable, and very clean. A/C was good. Shower even better. The staff spoke enough English and they were extremely polite and helpful. The neighborhood is a great quiet enclave off a busy avenue. The entire city is accessible by transit. Great upscale restaurants and shopping nearby along with cool bars and cafe. I liked it so much, I extended my stay for an additional night. Great little hotel.
