Fiscalmente Utilizan dos razones sociales, una para la empresa con matriz Extranjera y otra para contratar al personal, esto es para no darle la parte correspondiente de utilidades a sus empleados que genera la compañía anualmente, porque fiscalmente su empleador es otro.
