No pudieron dar diagnóstico, súper mala atención, los doctores te dan una tarjeta para que según los encuentres cuando lo necesitas y jamás es así, siempre quieren cobrarte por todo, cero empatía. Para ellos esto es dinero y ya. Les recomiendo al 1000% al centro veterinario México, ahí si dan buena atención, buenísimos veterinarios !!! Bad experience, really don't throw your money away. They could not give a diagnosis, super bad care, the doctors give you a card so that depending on how you find them when you need it and it is never like that, they always want to charge you for everything, zero empathy. For them this is money and that's it. I recommend 1000% to the Mexico veterinary center, there if they give good care, great veterinarians !!!

Además de que sus instalaciones son bonitas, siempre están limpias y todo organizado:) Son los mejores de verdad! ❤️ All the Doctors are perfectly trained and very professional. They know a lot about the different species and you can see the love they put into their work. Besides that their facilities are nice, they are always clean and everything organized :) They are the best indeed! ❤️

Ojalá mejoren ese aspecto, los hace quedar muy mal y no parecen nada confiables. *ACTUALIZACIÓN: (No me di cuenta que tenia 1 estrella mi opinión, ya la cambié a 4) Actualizo con 4 porque más que las opiniones negativas, la respuesta que se da es defensiva, podrían mejorar este aspecto y posibles clientes como yo podríamos confiar en llevar a nuestras mascotas. I have not attended, I am reviewing reviews and all the information to take my pets, but I will not take them, they have a passive-aggressive response to bad reviews and they decline... I already experienced that in another hospital with similar price ranges . I hope they improve that aspect, it makes them look very bad and they don't seem trustworthy at all. *UPGRADE: (I did not realize that my opinion had 1 star, I already changed it to 4) I update with 4 because more than the negative opinions, the response that is given is defensive, they could improve this aspect and possible clients like me could trust in taking our pets.
