★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio no tiene nada de especial, las instalaciones están bien, tienen suficiente surtido pero le pongo dos estrellas porque pongo un pico en duda que las especies que venden sean legales... Si me demuestran que todo está en ley les pongo 4 estrellas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, bonitas instalaciones, personal muy amable, profesionales. Para traer a tus mascotas a revisión o comprar un animal, esta excelente. Pero el servicio de pension para perros es malo, mi perrita regreso oliendo feo y sucia, cuando yo la entregué limpia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendieron de manera excelente, tuve que llevar a mi erizo para una cirugía que afortunadamente salio exitosa, el personal esta uniformado debidamente y es muy profesional, me explicaron todo muy bien y cumplieron con los tiempos que habían comentado, tienen una exhibición muy interesante con una gran variedad de ejemplares de todo tipo, sobre precios no se si son altos o bajos ya que no conozco mucho sobre ello.
