Experiencia is a nice and beautiful place to stay in Puerto Escondido. Very comfortable rooms, and everybody here is really kind and make you feel like a big family.

The best place to stay and not only. Surf lessons, Spanish learning, best atmosphere. I felt myself there like at home. Thanks you, guys?I will definitely come back to you!

Been here twice now and loved the first time. Second time, it felt like they were trying to take my money. I got the 10 lesson surf pack, 3 yoga sessions, and surf photos last session. The yoga teacher kept canceling and I ended up taking only 2 sessions because it wasn’t real yoga to me. They also forgot to take my photos last session so I had to buy another lesson. On my 11th lesson, I guess they forgot again and have completely stopped responding. I would have rather them be honest about forgetting then just ghosting. ESP since I paid for an 11th session...

I booked a package for 1 week with some spainlesson and surfing. I got some privatlessons with Sarai i can recommend you here for learning spain because she explained everything on a good and easy way speak perfect English so u will understand everything easy. And i want to recommend Juan as surfinstructor i got one lesson with him and it was so much fun and i can already stand up and ride a wave with his help and instructions. They always try to make u feel as comfortable ad possible as well in the hostel. Its a nice and clean place with some cute breakfast in the morning including coffe fruits bread everything is here what u need :) all of the people who work here are friendly and nice try to help u with everything i will come back to this place anytime if im in la punta :)

Experiencia Puerto Escondido is a nice place where worldwide travelers goes to learn how to surf or to improve their skills in surfing. It has the perfect place to chill, just one block from the beach and two blocks from a beach break for surf. It has different activities during the week, such as Salsa Lessons or Yoga. Rooms are clean and tidy. In here you can find experiences and friends for life.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and everything was good! I really enjoyed staying here: to close to the beach and spots, surf school with professional instructors, yoga classes! Thank you! And wish you more good guests!)

Hola ?‍♀️!! Would highly recommend this place if you are looking at learning Spanish or just want a nice tranquil place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of hostel life. I stayed for a month, it was great value with access to the huge social kitchen, massive communal areas to do yoga or work home office. The staff are really lovely and helpful. It’s a real family atmosphere and some friends and I felt very welcome! I would definitely stay here if I go back to Puerto Escondido!!

EXPERIENCIA is a Spanish school that really makes a ton of an effort for you to immerse into the Mexican way of living. I took Spanish lessons here in the old part of the city where you can book a room as well. They have 2 more facilities to accommodate people, one of them is the Surfcamp right at the beach where I stayed. The free shuttle with Felix going between all their places makes it really convenient and activities are well coordinated if you wanna join it all. The private classes are a lot about grammar, exactly what I was lacking so far. The teachers of my Spanish classes helped me a lot to direct my Spanish learnings to the job that I had to apply it onto, f. e. writing and correcting business-related emails. Since I love good coffee my teacher Sophia even took me to a local coffee place and held the class over there. The facilities of the Spanish school are actually a little bit outdated, but in a really charming way because it`s so colorful painted just how you would imagine it to be in a lively beach town in the Southwest of Mexico. Since it was Christmas time the school hosted a Posada, a festivity that roots go back to the time when Augustinian monks spread the veneration of Christ in Mexico. All students and teachers joined this nights celebrations with sharing home-made traditional dishes like Tamales and the fruit punch as well as breaking the Piñata’s. Good fun & memories from my stay there!
