Atienden a otras personas que no son de color antes y justifican sus faltas con los horarios, dejando en claro el racismo y la clara evidencia que no quieren atendera la gente. Pensaba que era un excelente lugar, pero con esto denotan la falta de conciencia y que no buscan que el cliente se sienta satisfecho. qué tristeza que gente cómo ustedes existan en alrededores tan hermosos Terrible service. They are too many classists and they make racism to people of color. They treat people badly and make customers feel uncomfortable. They attend to other people who are not of color before and justify their faults with the schedules, making clear the racism and the clear evidence that people do not want to take care of. I thought it was an excellent place, but with this they denote the lack of conscience and that they do not look for the client to feel satisfied. How sad that people how you exist in such beautiful surroundings

Fueron muy amables y su atención es excelente. Nuestro guía Raúl fue lo más top , de verdad le apasiona lo que hace ,nos explico tan bien la historia y nos ayudo en tomarnos fotos , fue muy lindo, quedamos fascinados, de verdad vale la pena esta experiencia. Definitivamente vamos a regresar! The place is incredible, the truth is that the photos do not do it justice, ever since I asked about the “El Eden” experience, Miss Alejandra and Monserrat contacted me and expedited the purchase of the tickets. They were very friendly and their attention is excellent. Our guide Raúl was the best, he is really passionate about what he does, he explained the history so well and helped us take pictures, it was very nice, we were fascinated, this experience is really worth it. We are definitely going back!
