★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por un dia sufri al llegar a Galerias y no verlos, se fueron!!!! pero..los encontre en su nuevo lugar...estos chicos de Expertics, son demasiado amables, y muy profesionales te orientan para que estes haciendo la mejor eleccion...Los de Appe en la Isla, me dan un poco de pena, de verdad se creen genious y tiene una malisma atencion al cliente, no te ayudan solo te complican, lo peor es que no se dan cuenta y pues no mejoran!
 For a day I suffered when I got to Galerias and did not see them, they left !!!! but .. I found them in their new place ... these guys from Expertics, they are too friendly, and very professional they guide you so that you are making the best choice ... Those of Appe on the Island, they give me a little sadness, They really think they are genious and they have bad customer service, they don't help you, they just complicate you, the worst thing is that they don't realize it and they don't improve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are amazing and highly competent in all types of repairs. . Speak English. The exact opposite of the poor service and incompetence of the Apple franchise store in La Isla filled with sales people who are uninformed. Never never go there for service. Es pésimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had issues with my MacBook Pro and took it here. They were super helpful, speak great English and kept me informed on a weekly basis as Apple took a long time delivering the parts. They were better than any actual support technician from Apple that I have dealt with by a mile.
If you have any issues with any Apple devices, you should bring it here. I would again in a heartbeat. Thank you Alfredo and Alberto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best Mac service shop in PV! I’ve twice had to go go them, convinced my MacBook was dead and twice they’ve rescued it, in under 24 hours. Alfredo is helpful, attentive, polite, reassuring and completely surpassed my expectations. Come here if you have Apple issues in Puerto Vallarta! It is the best. There’s even parking!
