★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pago de predial y agua muy bien organizados solo que deberían tener una sola fila para los adultos que van a pagar las dos cosas y no tengan que formarse dos veces, es muy cansado cuando va solo uno y tiene que hacer dos filas.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enero de 2021 en la explanada se encuentra instalada una carpa muy grande donde se está cobrando el impuesto predial y el agua. Debido a la contingencia sanitaria tienen las instalaciones en el exterior del palacio municipal, están bien organizados y en todo momento se guarda el orden y la distancia, te sanitizan al entrar y es indispensable el uso de cubrebocas. El servicio es rápido y puedes pagar en efectivo o con tarjeta.

A principio del año colocan las carpas para el pago de agua y predio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que el gobierno podría tener un lugar específico para las ferias, y exposiciones que realizan... algo así como un recinto ferial, de esta forma las personas que viven de esto tendrían un mejor espacio para desarrollar sus actividades económicas. Así mismo como ciudadanos deberíamos tener más cultura y educación cuidar el espacio que al final si nos cuesta porque es con nuestros impuestos las reparaciones, o mejoras que hacen, y sobretodo dejar la basura en su lugar, porque cuando vienen las inundaciones si nos quejamos pero las coladeras siempre están atascadas de basura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que el acumulador tierra en el centro de la explanada para obtener un parque más elevado le quitó a San Cristóbal o centro de Ecatepec, capacidad de eliminar el agua que baja de las partes altas y ha provocado inundaciones que antes no se presentaban.

Lastima era un bello lugar de convivencia pero se fue transformado en un lugar sucio.
Hoy está cerrado apresar de ser un lugar al aire libre.
