Entre algunos de los eventos que se solían hacer eran: feria de la papelería. Aquí diferentes papelerías exponían sus artículos a precios accesibles antes de entrar a clases. Exposición de bandas de música de todo género y también, bailables. Venta y exposición de libros. Actualmente es usado solo para los puestos ambulantes.
