Receiving and delivery without to much hassle. Small dent was charged (475,- pesos). Will take take more fotos/videos next time I pick up a car for any details. I would rent again from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location rents 2021 vehicles at the lowest price (800-850 pesos/day for eco) that I found at any rental place in Mexico. The paperwork was coherent.
Also, the service was excellent; the kind people working there spoke fluent English and Spanish.
Avoid big name dealerships like Enterprise, you will pay much more
