The hotel that we proposed very good, the service too. They would only have to correct the reservations (hotels and meals) confirm and make sure everything is ready for the customer to access without problem. However they gave immediate solution, Explorer is recommended and lives.

I have had the opportunity to travel several times and to several places but it never happened to me to arrive at a place and that the reservation would have been canceled as it happened to me with this agency. We paid dearly and in dollars a hotel that left a lot to be desired, it was far from the beach, the breakfast was very poor, the dishes are broken.The other hotel, which we could not know because the reservation was not and had to send us to another Hotel, they invited us water because we were 6 hours waiting to be solved. I will continue traveling but not with this agency !! I tried to communicate with them and they didn't answer me then they told me that they were trying to fix it, that is, we lost a day at the beach or pool while in Mexico, the agency's fault.

I had paid reservations for more than a month, for the dates from December 10 to 16, 2019. They contact me on December 9 at 8 pm, to tell me that the hotel is not available as it oversold. They offer me a 2-star hotel as an option, the one I had booked is 4 stars, and they say that it is an improvement that they make. It is high the lack of seriousness of this company, they did not solve anything, they finally said that they complied with informing me, they wash their hands saying they are doing their duty. It seems that what one pays was worthless. Cursed

I tried to buy a vacation package that was promotional for 4 days at $ 299 and I had already taken out a package with mexican travel for 6 days 5 nights, when they called me I advised that I had bought this package and paid for the new package with this company to complete my stay, once paid they transferred me to another area where they explained to me that 2 packages cannot be used together for a subsidy and that if I used it they would charge me a penalty and fines, well I asked for my money back and they told me they were going to give me other options, as I did not like the options and they did not suit me, I asked again for my money to be returned and so far they are going around and they do not return the money and it has been more than a month and the truth has been little serious and they threatened to put me in a blacklist, they accused me of being a kind of profiteer for trying to buy 2 packages, the truth is that you don't even want to go with this experience, I just want my dollars again to be able to spend them with I want to! Please do not buy here!
