★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a tour from San Cristóbal to Aqua Azul and Palenque and it was really really a bad experience! The driver was 25 minutes late to pick us up (at 4.00 am !) and his driving was super crazy and absolutely dangerous! We got the worst seats in the bus and did not even have the possibility to attach ourselves. The sightings were very touristic but beautiful but we would never ever go on this tour again: it means sitting in a tiny bus for more than 10 hours and will cause you anxiety and pain in your back as well as your head! By the way: the driver must havestarted his day around 3.30 am and finished around 11.00 pm!!! This is far from normal and absolutely not human!!! I can not even describe how angry and disappointed we are about this tour! We travel a lot but have never made a worse experience with a tour!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus is so tiny that I definitely don't recommend to travel 10 hours with this company, no matter how patient you are, everyone in the tour felt uncomfy, just find another way to visit Palenque.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tour in a rush for the miradors part....
We did the chiapas miradors very quickly but had more than one hour in a small town in the afternoon. We were supposed to be back at 6 but came back at 5. So I really don't get why we rushed in such beautiful places..
People on my tour paid less than me. The driver talked to us for 1 min in the entire day. A bit disappointed..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed my trips with Explorando Chiapas from the sales lady to the bus operators and tour guides, everyone was amazing nice, helpful and made my trips very enjoyable. I bought a 4 days package leaving from San Cristobal to Palenque and did different tours including Agua Azul, Palenque, Yaxchilan, Roberto Barrios and and walk in the jungle they included transportation and lodging and some meals which made it very affordable and allow me to explore since I am traveling alone. Of course since is a tour is limited time but it was a good option next time I know where to go to have more time to explore. Check all their tour really good options, good prices and very nice people thank you again Explorando Chiapas!!!

They only speak Spanish but are really nice and helpful.

I booked a tour with them and they left me behind together with 2 other guys. We arrived 15min late (it can happen, I had to go aaaall the way down from the waterfalls, I promise I ran) but they didn't wait at all...
But in the morning the picked me up 30 min late and all fine (courtesy time they said)
We try to reach them but they didn't gave us any solution, we lost the tour that's all. I had to come back home by myself from the middle of nowhere... which took me 3 transports and more than 2.5 hours.
They didn't let me repeat the tour in the next days even if that costs them nothing! they intend that I pay again with a ridiculous discount of 50pesos (2€).
There are plenty of serious and professional companies in San Cristobal so avoid booking with this one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First tour was great, the second one was not, we did an unexpected breakfast stop which was not included, had a tour guide which was not included. I would expect from a paid tour that everything is included in the price , or at least we get notice about this, not when there is no way out.
Also, wear seatbelts, the driving is challenging
