★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No otorgan buen servicio. Nos vendieron un colchón pero no fueron claros al mostrarnos los defectos del box (base). Desgraciadamente nos vendieron uno de exhibición y no hay garantía, fuimos al lugar y quedaron en hablarnos para resolver el problema lo cuál nunca sucedio. Nuestro error fue confiar en ellos. No se los recomiendo.
 They do not provide good service. They sold us a mattress but they were not clear about showing us the defects of the box (base). Unfortunately they sold us an exhibition one and there is no guarantee, we went to the place and they agreed to talk to us to solve the problem, which never happened. Our mistake was to trust them. I do not recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bien. Después de ver y probar varios colchones a lo largo de la semana me decidí por uno de expo colchones. Una hora antes de ir a la tienda hablé para ver si podían ya tenerlo disponible a manera de no tardar tanto ya que tenía el tiempo medido. Todo salió muy bien. Muy amables y no tarde más 10 minutos en lo que llegue y salí con mi colchón.
Very good. After seeing and trying various mattresses throughout the week I decided on one of the mattresses expo. An hour before going to the store I spoke to see if they could already have it available so as not to take so long since I had the time measured. Everything went well. Very friendly and it doesn't take more than 10 minutes for me to arrive and I went out with my mattress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO COMPREN COLCHONES AQUÍ!! Son unos estafadores, nos atendió Belem quien al principio se mostró interesada por ayudarnos, nos convenció y al final nos vendió lo que quizo… han pasado 4 meses desde que compramos y les hicimos saber de inmediato la inconformidad, quedaron en llamarnos para resolvernos y jamás nos llamaron.
Después de 4 meses solo puedo decir que es un colchón pirata y muy defectuoso, es la peor compra que eh hecho en mi vida :(.
Espero y no borren mi comentario como el primero que les deje, es obvio que eso lo hacen para que mas gente caiga en sus mentiras.
DO NOT BUY MATTRESSES HERE!! They are scammers, we were attended by Belem who at first was interested in helping us, convinced us and in the end he sold us what he wanted... 4 months have passed since we bought and we immediately let them know about the disagreement, they agreed to call us to solve it and never they call us.
After 4 months I can only say that it is a pirate mattress and very defective, it is the worst purchase I have ever made in my life :(.
I hope they don't delete my comment as the first one I leave, it's obvious that they do it so that more people fall for their lies.
