★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO.. Realicé una devolución y tengo más de un mes esperando mi reembolso, sólo dan largas y muchos trámites engorrosos, cada semana me hacen ir y no solucionan NADA. Sus precios tampoco son de fábrica, se pueden realizar mejores compras en otras mueblerías de renombre a mejores costos.
 PESIMO SERVICE .. I made a return and I have more than a month waiting for my refund, they only give long and many cumbersome procedures, they make me go every week and they don't solve ANYTHING. Mi queja es simple, cuando realicé compra de colchón matrimonial y sofá cama el vendedor comentó que de regalo iba dos juegos de almohadas ??, sin embargo, al pagar mis artículos, oh sorpresa !!? Las almohadas me las cobraron una por $1.40 y otra por $1.30, lo peor es que al pagar te piden que anotes la siguiente leyenda "recibí almohadas de obsequio", cosa que no es verdad !! ??, En otros lugares cuando te obsequian o regalan algo lo reflejan por la cantidad de $0.01 o indican 100% de descuento. No es mucho el monto de más al pagar $2.70 y como fue mi compra en el buen fin me tocó ver qué a los demás clientes les hicieron el mismo cargo....no quiero imaginar la utilidad que tuvo la empresa durante esa temporada.
