El tipo de cambio que manejan es mayor al de cualquier banco, por lo que cualquier promoción que ofrezcan en realidad te la terminan cobrando. Tardan mucho en pagar a los Colleges aún y cuando tú les pagues en tiempo y forma (cerca de un mes). Se niegan a darte información y no contestan a los correos electrónicos. Si pides un reembolso, te indican que tardan un año en hacerlo (algo que obviamente nunca te explican hasta que lo solicitas). Es más sencillo, económico y práctico hacer los trámites por uno mismo. No volvería a contratarlos. Don't waste your money and time with them. They do not give advice with truthful, clear and concise information. The exchange rate they handle is higher than that of any bank, so any promotion they offer actually ends up charging you. They take a long time to pay the Colleges even when you pay them in a timely manner (about a month). They refuse to give you information and do not reply to emails. If you ask for a refund, they tell you that it takes a year to do it (something that they obviously never explain to you until you request it). It is easier, cheaper and more practical to do the paperwork yourself. I wouldn't hire them again.

Respecto a la oferta, es bastante, aunque los precios son los comunes que encuentras fuera de la exposición, las promociones ofrecidas son sólo como gancho pero no son tan atractivas. La organización no es la mejor, aún cuando te registras por internet te hacen formar nuevamente para obtener de nuevo tus datos. Me tocó asistir con muletas debido a un procedimiento quirúrgico y el lugar no tiene área de descanso, tampoco te proveen sillas de ruedas para desplazarte. Por fortuna en mi caso es pasajero pero pienso en los individuos minusválidos o personas de la tercera edad. Al final la experiencia para nuestros hijos es buena, que vean todas las posibilidades de viaje. The operators give good attention and clear explanation.
