Muy mala atención por parte de los empleados.

El dueño y lo cito.. dice " los clientes no me van a decir lo que tengo que hacer en mi empresa yo soy el dueño" cuando uno como cliente busca que le den una solución después de que su empresa no acudió a una cita programada para un servicio y se le olvida que nosotros cerramos su ciclo en su cadena de servicio... al parecer no saben el concepto de lo que es un servicio y lo que representa un cliente.
Terrible service, attention and quality. The owner and I quote him .. he says "clients are not going to tell me what to do in my company I am the owner" when one as a client seeks a solution after his company did not show up for a scheduled appointment for a service and they forget that we closed their cycle in their service chain ... apparently they do not know the concept of what a service is and what a customer represents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio no es muy profesional en el sentido de la atención al cliente, el lugar se ve pequeño y desordenado, siento que no son claros con los costos y tampoco te entregan las piezas que cambian. En tiempo cumplen y el mantenimiento lo han hecho bien a mi máquina cuando la he llevado. Pero podrían mejorar varias cosas.
The service is not very professional in the sense of customer care, the place looks small and cluttered, I feel like they are not clear on the costs and they also do not give you the changing pieces. In time they comply and the maintenance has done well to my machine when I have taken it. But they could improve several things.
