They don't answer on the phones, so you can't ask for information, I can't imagine how complicated it must be to ask for clarification.

A	Angelica Anguiano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio es poco, nada que ver con la sucursal de Guadalajara, el problema es cuando envío algo a tecoman, la encargada Priscila nunca responde los teléfonos, ni el watsapp deja en visto, los paquetes no salen ni llegan el día que deben llegar ? y NO ES LA PAQUETERIA xq en Jalisco el servicio es Excelente.... Es la encargada !!! Terrible service is little, nothing to do with the Guadalajara branch, the problem is when I send something to Tecoman, the manager Priscila never answers the phones, nor does the watsapp leave in sight, the packages do not leave or arrive on the day they should arrive ? and IT IS NOT THE PACKAGE xq in Jalisco the service is Excellent .... She is the manager !!!

Pero no quiero generalizar esto es solo en Tecomán ya que la oficina de Manzanillo son una chulada. La oficina cerrada y sin ningún anuncio de apertura o cierre. MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA Terrible service, they close and open at the time they want. They never answer the phone, I do not recommend parcel delivery at all. But I do not want to generalize this is only in Tecomán since the Manzanillo office is a cool one. The office closed and without any announcement of opening or closing. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
