E	Emilia Castillo Hernández on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi lavasecadora funcionaba muy bien, pero empezó a escurrir de la jabonera, por lo que se la llevaron para destaparla y me recomendaron hacerle mantenimiento (por cierto bastante caro) y después, en el día comprometido de entrega, me dijeron que ya habían realizado el mantenimiento pero que ya no prendía y que necesitaba una pieza que costaba entre $500 a $1000 adicional a los $3,200 que me iban a cobrar del mantenimiento, cosa que me molestó porqué la lavadora se escurría, pero si prendía cuando se la llevaron y no siendo suficiente eso, a la semana siguiente me dicen que no pueden entregarme tanpoco porque ya checaron bien y que la pieza en realidad costaría $2000, finalmente en el día de entrega nadie se comunicó conmigo y no llegaron los técnicos. Escribí por whats app y quedaron muy formales en que el lunes pasado me llevaban mi lavadora y no llegaron, no se comunicaron y cuando traté de contactarlos nadie me contestó. Piden pago adelantado de un servicio carisimo que además se va aplazando y no tienes nunca respuesta. No los recomiendo en lo absoluto y viendo los últimos comentarios de esta empresa creo que es una experiencia compartida por todos los usuarios. Pésimos. I wrote by whats app and they were very formal in that last Monday they took my washing machine and they didn't arrive, they didn't communicate and when I tried to contact them nobody answered me. They ask for advance payment of a very expensive service that is also being postponed and you never have an answer. I do not recommend them at all and seeing the latest comments from this company I think it is an experience shared by all users. Lousy.

En comparación con otras empresas que nos cobraban más , el precio de ellos es bastante justo y razonable . Además nos dieron una garantía bastante extensa por el cambio de compresor de nuestro refri Buen servicio , que sigan así .. El precio por las reparaciones es accesible, el trato es excelente y la atención por parte de todo el personal es buena. Aunque el técnico se tardo mucho en llegar a mi domicilio, ya que la cita la tenía antes de las 12 y él llegó a las 2:00 pm Dejaron mi Frigobare reparado el mismo día pues solo necesitaba una carga de gas . El precio fue bastante accesible $700 por todo … quitando la tardanza un buen servicio

Me cobraron un material que se creía no estaba por un mal diagnóstico el cuál si estaba y una pieza fue la incorrecta (de válvulas) por lo que daño la tarjeta madre de mi lavadora, ellos argumentan no haber tocado eso por lo que la garantía “no aplica”. Tienen un compromiso nulo, me daban un día y una hora, y llegaban o tres horas tarde o no llegaban. Yo se que suena histérico pero es que no se vale. Lo que cobran no es poquito para que dañen tu equipo de esa manera. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. It is a lousy service. I want to tell my horrendous experience.
