★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasta hace un mes daban buen servicio ahora siempre está de malas el encargado y su ayudante tienen los paquetes votados por todos lados cuando vas a recoger un envío no te saludan te avientan el paquete en el mostrador nada recomendable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No pidan el envío de mecarcado libre a esta sucursal resulta que los horarios de atención de está sucursal son distintos a las horas de mercado libre que son más amplias, por ende la paquetería está cerrada y no queda más que una reprogramación de entrega de paquete en sucursal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace aproximadamente un año envié un paquete a Monterrey el cual no tenía complicación, la persona fué atenta y amablemente me mencionó los precios que le pedía para demás lugares aunque al final no pude enviarlos por cuestión mía.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, no reciben paquetes para regresar de mercado libre porque pueden ser "apócrifos" según el we que me recibió. Busquen otra opción y no manden nada de paquetes de ahí por ineficientes.
Bueno ahora agrego lo de no profesional, todo lo contrario, el hecho de no recibir paquetes sí implica una mala atención, era un bolígrafo de mercado libre lo que iba a regresar, no se que clase de paquetes entonces sí reciben. Ya escribí a Mercado libre reportando el incidente para que ya no los consideren agencia de despacho y ya no causar más molestia.
Aparte de ineficientes, contestones...
