★ ★ ★ ★ ★ be careful because they are scammers. there’s a deposit that must be left incase if any damage happens to the car. they me told the deposit would be on HOLD, and not WITHDRAWN from my bank account. However, the deposit was withdrawn from my bank account and they claim it’s a bank issue. don’t be fooled by them!!!! in addition, nothing had happened to the car so they were supposed to FREE that money.

They promised us a new car but we got an old one without rear mirror (see picture). Then they said that they will drive with us to a place to change the car but they went with us to a car shop to buy a new mirror. That didn't work because the shop didn't have a mirror for such an old car. Then they drove us finally to their office in the middle of nowhere. They said they cancelled both payments (deposit and rental fee) but they were only able to give us one receipt which shows the cancelled deposit.
We lost about 3 hours of our vacation in Cancún.
Right now, we still hope that we will receive the refund of both payments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough positive things about this rental company. I own a condo south of Cancun airport, so we go down a few times a year. We rent a car from Express every trip. I started using Express 2 years ago, and I’ll never look elsewhere. There is NO line (much less the 45-minute-fiasco at the bigger companies) to pick up your car. Their pricing is better than the bigger companies AND (again, much different than the bigger companies) the online quote includes insurance. The available cars are in great condition. I’ll never rent from anyone else.

We set aside a car prior to our arrival to Cancun via WhatsApp. When we arrived these guys picked us up and drove us to car rental office. We made a cash deposit of 150
We drove car around playa del Carmen and returned it as agreed. They retutned our deposit as stipulated on contract. Of course we didn't have any dings or scratches
These guys are legit and honest. Highly recommend them from our experience

I am still chasing them again and again from overseas and I have made a claim with my credit card company. It is so dishonest to withhold a deposit for no reason and then blame the bank it was sent through.
