At first, everything is fine, but they have a long way to go to become a care service and above all, the name of EXPRESS remains big ... My not so humble opinion I only tell my experience. Terrible would be too much to talk about the service.

Very good attention

The service is very bad, they still haven't delivered the items that come from Mexico City and I already have complaints. Number one, they told me that they were delivered between Monday and Wednesday and well, we are already on Thursday; ok I decided to ignore that it has only been 24 hours but because of express it has nothing. Number two and what bothers me the most is that the person in charge of notifying how the delivery is going when you speak to ask, is a very foolish, arrogant man who does not let you speak or ask Terrible customer service . They told me that the bone delivery was already on its way and I have three hours waiting for them. Why better not have the consideration to tell you an approximate schedule? I understand that with the traffic and that it is impossible to set an exact hr and, when I speak to ask in a friendly way, this guy does not leave or comment on anything. My problem is that the delivery is not to my home but to my doctor's office and when I tell the person about other activities I have to do, in a very arrogant way he tells me that "we all have things to do" because with all the more reason they should have a consideration to the customer!

Very good option, if you want to send something to Michoacan. Very cheap prices, excellent attention and without so much paperwork.
