★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal su servicio de "compra por transferencia" no te proporcionan los asientos disponibles sin antes haber hecho el pago, y si los asientos disponibles no te gustan, debes, o cambiar de horario, o transladarte a la terminal de destino para pedir tu rembolso en efectivo hahaha. Esto en taquilla Oaxaca. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se promocionan como servicio ejecutivo y la atención, principalmente de las taquilleras es pésima. Parece que te están haciendo un favor en lugar de un servicio por el cual vas a pagar.
Y esto se da más aún en la taquilla de Oaxaca capital.
They are promoted as an executive service and the attention, mainly from the box office, is terrible. It seems that they are doing you a favor instead of a service for which you are going to pay.
And this is even more so at the box office in Oaxaca City.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui en enero del 2021 a Huatulco en estas camionetas. Son cómodas y casi nuevas, lo que no me gustó fue que el chofer llevaba su música de noche según para no dormirse. Fuera de allí todo bien.
I went to Huatulco in January 2021 in these vans. They are comfortable and almost new, what I didn't like was that the driver played his music at night so he wouldn't fall asleep. Outside of there all good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo mejor fue poder haber realizado mi compra totalmente en línea, mediante WhatsApp y pago por transferencia. Muy útil ese servicio, ya que así anticipas tu lugar. También Agradezco la paciencia del chófer. Ya que somos los pasajeros quienes incrementamos los tiempos por las múltiples paradas que ellos hacen por nosotros.
The best thing was being able to make my purchase completely online, through WhatsApp and payment by transfer. Very useful that service, since this way you anticipate your place. I also appreciate the patience of the driver. Since we are the passengers who increase the times due to the multiple stops that they make for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estás urbans te llevan de la ciudad de Oaxaca a Santa María y Bahías de Huatulco en 7 horas aproximadamente, hacen una parada en un restaurante de San José del Pacífico, sus unidades están en buen estado y son seguras, manejan con más prudencia que la línea de choferes unidos, los choferes van uniformados, y cuidan un poco más las m eidas de higiene aunque a veces son descuidados, su sala de recepción está limpia y confortable, es sencillo, en Oaxaca la terminal no tiene un acceso sencillo con vehículo particular, son muy puntuales,.mientras mantengan estos estándares estarán encima de Huatulco 2000 que es su competencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inexpensive ride from Oaxaca to La Crucita (Bahias de Huatulco). The driver was a nice guy. Total time for the ride including stops was around 7h.
You read other people's reviews that say "you'll feel nauseous, even if you don't normally" and think you're above all those weak normies because you don't get motion sickness. You're not. It's hours and hours on the most serpentine roads going up and down mountains. Wish I'd taken it seriously and got the meds.
