★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio, usé su servicio hace once meses y sus unidades son cómodas y puntuales. Lo que no me gustó fue que el chofer no apagó su radio en todo el camino de Oaxaca hasta Huatulco de noche, dizque porque si lo apagaba se dormía, jajaja
 Very good service, I used your service eleven months ago and your units are comfortable and punctual. What I did not like was that the driver did not turn off his radio all the way from Oaxaca to Huatulco at night, supposedly because if he turned it off he would fall asleep, hahaha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La empleada de la taquilla es una grosera (huatulco) ...atiende como si ella regalara los boletos....como perdonando la vida a los usuarios, no sabemos como se llama.los baños sucios y te cobran 5 pesos para utilizarlos osea el baño es una sola taza w.c y sucio.la verdad es una grosera .y por ultimo..regaña a la gente.y atiende como si atendiera muchisima gente
The ticket office employee is rude (huatulco) ... she treats as if she were giving the tickets away ... as if sparing the life of the users, we don't know what it's called. the bathrooms are dirty and they charge you 5 pesos to use them, I mean the bathroom is a single w.c cup and dirty. the truth is rude. and finally... she scolds people. and attends as if she attended a lot of people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considero que es una EXELENTE empresa de Autotransportes,sus choferes son bastante respetuosos y amables con los pasajeros, siempre con su uniforme,bien arreglado ,sus unidades están muy bien cuidadas y limpias,las taquilleras la mayoría son amables a excepción de una que otra. Sus instalaciones están limpias y mantienen la sana distancia, uso de gel antibacterial y sobretodo uso de cubrebocas.
Si en el viaje tienes alguna molestia, se le comunica al chofer y de inmediato lo arregla y espera el tiempo que sea necesario.
Llevo tiempo mandando y recibiendo paquetería, así como viajando y nunca han quedado mal.
Es una empresa muy responsable.

I consider it to be an EXCELLENT motor transport company, its drivers are quite respectful and kind to the passengers, always in their uniform, well groomed, their units are very well maintained and clean, most of the ticket counters are friendly except for one or the other. Their facilities are clean and they maintain a healthy distance, use of antibacterial gel and, above all, use of face masks.
If you have any discomfort during the trip, the driver is informed and he immediately fixes it and waits as long as necessary.
I have been sending and receiving parcels for a long time, as well as traveling and they have never been bad.
It is a very responsible company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used it from Oaxaca city to Huatulco, overnight. Pretty good service, bus stopped 2 times during the trip, one of which was a 30 minute stop which was a bit of a pain since everyone was waiting for the bus driver to finish eating at 2 am but otherwise ok. Trip lasted about 7 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I bought tickets from San Jose to Oaxaca, and waited for over two hours to be picked up. Tried calling the office but could not reach anyone to talk to. When we saw the van driving up to the predetermined pickup point, we tried to wave them down and the driver just ignored us! What a waste of money and valuable time during our travels. Our van from Huatulco to San Jose was nice enough, but can’t forgive them for taking our money and not following through with their service. There are other bus companies which are just as nice and better organized.
