★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pearl of the city of Cuidad del Carmen. Not just because of the location, but also because of the people. Very hospitable, customer oriented and accommodating. Sonja, Christian,Ian went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, safe, and relaxing. Thank you for this wonderful experience. Playa Norte, La piqua we're awesome, visit the Stella Maria's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and impersonal place, but for those staying for a few days is a good recommendation. The variety of meals is limited and the rooms lack better lighting when the curtains are closed or after sunset. It has a basic gym and a good swimming pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is where I'm staying for a week in Ciudad del Carmen. My room is nice, the service is great, and it's very affordable. I wanted a room with refrigerator and microwave and wifi. It has all of that. Notably, the refrigerator is a large one that accommodates a week supply of food easily and with a good freezer for my ice cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place advertises their kitchenettes. Well there is a fridge and stove but not one cup, utensil, plate or glass in the room. No coffee maker. There is no 'public' space in this building, only rooms. The one check-in person was friendly and helpful. He was behind a counter just inside the main door ... there is no lobby to speak of. It feels more like a prison than a warm and welcoming place. The bed was fine, room clean. A/C and fan too noisey to use
