Negative: DO NOT STAY THERE! I stayed there in November, I paid by credit card and by mistake of lady at reception I got charged by 2 nights more. I spotted difference immediately after slip went out the card machine and complained. It’s almost end of February and I am still dealing with refund. They told me first they could not read my handwriting at the paper I requested the refund (what a surprise, they shoudl have complained about that the minute I handed paper to them), then the credit card was American (no, it was European)... I’m staying at the hotel now, speaking to receptionits, they are waiting to get in touch with manager! So, if you don’t want to deal with never-ending story, caused by THEIR mistake, DO NOT STAY THERE!! Otherwise, hotel is 9/10..

Hi, My Mobile was stolen last night 19-10-2019 from my room 426. When i woke up in the morning around 4:30 AM to use bath room i found my mobile missing and also the room door was open. I am sure i locked the door before i go to sleep. I complained this Hotel reception and i am not getting positive reply and there is no immediate action taken. I am really worried how such hotel like this is so lethargic in taking customers request. And today morning someone lying down on the floor and talking over the phone across my room and he was staring at me till i enter into my room. I dont know what is the purpose of having security cameras around everywhere and is someone really monitoring it i really doubt it.

Worst..Worst...Worst... No other words describes it. i stayed almost 9 nights during my business trip to saltillo and it was biggest mistake of my life. unfortunately i paid in advance before i checked in. so there was no option left for me to stay there even i am not interested. i wish there can be 0 star rating option for review. 1. no room cleaning. when i checked in, floors were dirty. lot of dust on floors. i complained for almost 4 to 5 times on alternate days, but no room cleaning done during my stay. 2. They do not have any KItchen utensils. what is use of burner without utensils. do you expect that guest should bring all utensils from home? 3. no iron and so no iron board, no alaram clock, only one towel provided and that to i have to use for 3-4 days and after that they will replace. 4. lot of noice, rooms smell bad. AC are not in good condition and also making big noice while AC are on. so no good slip. 5. Laundry service not free. they charge it. ok, i am ready to pay. but you know what, they asked that i need to pay 6 USD extra if i need to use laundry.. seriously, i can go out and use better laundry services. 6. No breakfact, no happy hours. they have only one coffee machine from nestle company from where you can get american coffee. that too, if coffee machine is working. during my 9 days stay, machine was off for 3 times. 7. reception guy was rude. whenever i complain something, he will argue and not paying any attention to customer. they don't speak english. so communication is problem. 8. no free water bottle on arrival and during your stay. normally in mexico, every hotel provides 2 water bottle everyday to guest. So bottom line is, this hotel may sound you cheap in price, but finally you will end up with regret. better to go branded hotel with little extra paying your hard earned money. well guys, if you really want to stay in place like jail, Extended suites is best for you...good luck..

The room was pretty decent for the ammount of money paid. Updated room, flat tv, nice bathroom but the room is actually smaller than a regular hotel room which I think it’s ironic since the name of the place is extended “suites”. Seems like you guys need to look up the definition of a “suite” room. Also, can’t believe you mentioned on the website to have “complimentary breakfast” when all you have is a bunch of pastry and coffee... The most disappointing part of the experience was to find out that there is not even complimentary water bottles in the room nor the lobby, like seriously?!?!? That is pretty concerning.

Positive: the parking lot guard was very nice, offer to help with bags, better than the last ones. and there is a new young man that works the desk, very pleasant and helpful, very refreshing!!!. Negative: the breakfast is basically non existent, sweet rolls and an apple. AND they have removed the big jug of purified water in the lobby and now want to sell you water. not a smart move!!!!.

Had my $300 headphones stolen from my luggage the first night I was here. I asked to to check the camera or cards to see who went in my room that day. They never told me anything. Stayed for 10 nights because I came in to have surgery. I told them a month ahead of time that I needed a wheelchair room with 2 beds because apparently they only come with 1 bed. They said they would do that for the days I come in. When I got in they had no idea what I was talking about. I was given a normal room. Don't stay here. with the items that come up missing, you're better off staying in a better hotel.

They offer a kitchen what is super convenient for long stays, but the quality for plates, pans, etc. Isn't regular quality, is super poor quality (better you brought some from home or buy) They offer to pick up the trash everyday and clean the room every 7 days (deep clean, new sheets, towels, clean toilet, etc) NOTHING OF THIS THINGS HAPPEN ON TIME. Longest period I was waiting for them to clean the room 15 days, to pick up trash also 15 days. So, people put the trash outside the rooms what is disgusting, even people have to buy their own trash bags. Hope this be fixed soon, because on this time to be clean is key to be protected VS covid and with this long period you get more exposed. Also if you want them to clean more often your room is $250 pesos extra, what it is ok. But is unacceptable that they implemented this protocols for covid but they don't do their part.

The cleaning service is not very good but the hotel is located in a very good region of Saltillo.
