★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to go to Guatemala from Tapachula and booked a bus with Exytur. I was told to be present an hour before leaving (14.00). However, at 14.10 there was still no bus. I went to ask at the desk and apparently it was cancelled without letting me know. I already booked a hostel in Guatemala so now I had to take a colectivo to the border, and a taxi from there because it was already too late for public transportation to Xela. A very expensive trip therefore! Nog a trustworthy company in my opinion.
