La primera vez tuve que esperar una hora porque la doctora Rubio estuvo “en una operación urgente”; la segunda vez llegué a la cita sólo para escuchar que la doctora Rubio no me iba a poder atender porque estaba en una “operación urgente”. Antes de mi tercera cita, me llamaron al último minuto para moverla al siguiente día. A la hora de la cita, esperé una hora porque la doctora estaba “en una operación urgente”, entonces me fui. Muy interesante cómo puede haber tantas operaciones “urgentes” no previstas antes. Tienen como diez asistentes y son incapaces de coordinar agendas. Por el precio que cobran, deberían organizarse para poner las citas durante momentos disponibles de sus doctores.
Pésima actitud hacia los pacientes y una falta de respeto completa del tiempo de los demás.

Very interesting how there can be so many “urgent” operations not previously planned. They have like ten assistants and they are unable to coordinate agendas. For the price they charge, they should arrange to schedule appointments during available times from their doctors.
Terrible attitude towards patients and a complete disrespect of others' time.
