★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevaba 10 años de cliente pero fue mi última compra. Por el Buen Fin me ofrecieron descuento en micas compra de lentes completos, seleccione de los descontinuados por tener el 50%, hacen la cuenta y me parece curioso que la persona de a un lado cotiza armazones nuevos y micas y le salen en lo mismo que los míos, le preguntó a la srita si ya me aplico el descuento a las micas y me dice que si, pago. Después me sigue quedado duda y hago cuentas y veo que no obtiene descuento las micas, le preguntó a la srita y me dice que una disculpa, que me da un cupón para el 15% en mi sig compra le digo que no que quiero me devuelva los $600 de descuento y me dice que no porque en los armazones con el 50% ya no dan descuento en micas, le digo que yo le pregunté dos veces y me lo niega. En fin que termine discutiendo con la "Gerente" a lo cual se niega a todo y no tienen sus promos por escrito. Un total fraude y pésima atención!!
