★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amables en el trato. Te reciben bien, con café o agua, te sientan en una sala de espera cómoda. Te atienden después con un agente de viajes que es amable y simpático y puede hacerte el viaje como tú decidas y prefieras.
Very friendly in the deal. They welcome you, with coffee or water, they sit you in a comfortable waiting room. They take care of you later with a travel agent who is kind and friendly and can make the trip as you decide and prefer.

Hay una buena experiencia de servicio al cliente.
Son rápidos y te hacen esperar poco en recepción, la información que te dan de principio no es la adecuada, pero estoy seguro de que es parte del pitch de venta.
Los precios de los paquetes de línea, parecen ser adecuados y no muy altos.
Prueba el Virtuoso Design, es dónde asignan a un ejecutivo para que elabore una propuesta a la medida para tu viaje.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los empleados son muy amables, pero ellos NO sugieren. Nosotros elegimos y ellos lo hacen, no nos corrigen, no buscan más opciones convenientes. Algunos son rápidos, otros son lentos. Los empleados podrían familiarizarse con la información existente de los destinos y transporte según las peticiones y deseos de sus clientes antes de que lleguemos a la oficina, de esa manera no pasáramos mucho tiempo en la agencia.
Sugerencia: cada cliente viajero debe analizar todos los detalles antes de ir a la agencia, dar seguimiento por si mismos y antes de pagar. Los empleados no revisan bien.
The employees are very friendly, but they do NOT suggest. We choose and they do, they don't correct us, they don't look for more convenient options. Some are fast, some are slow. The employees could familiarize themselves with the existing information of the destinations and transportation according to the requests and wishes of their clients before we arrive at the office, that way we would not spend a lot of time in the agency.
Suggestion: each traveling client must analyze all the details before going to the agency, follow up on their own and before paying. The employees do not review well.
