★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I arrived in Mexico City from New York, I tried a bunch of gyms over two weeks and didn’t find the type of functional / HIIT training I’m used to at home. Thankfully, towards the end of two weeks I signed up for a trial class at F45 and the class was a great blend of cardio and strength. I’ve since gone back and done classes that were respectively more cardio and more strength focused and I love that the routines change day to day, as well as instructor attention to form and detail. If you haven’t been working out, this will be a very challenging gym but that challenge will be rewarded in short order.
