Fabiola Condo Hotel - 77710 Playa del Carmen

Beautiful place!! Courteous staff. It is very near to the bar street but away from the chaos..it is so peaceful here.it has most amazing home decor stuff and every thing has been together so nicely that you almost wish that it was your home..:)

Run for your lives! They shut down, but are still booking and collecting $$$. Traveled thousands of miles to arrive to a shuttered hotel. Would not respond to emails or calls, bit a local, who told me they closed, was kind enough to call on his phone, and they answered the local number,! And told him that they closed, but there was no reservations. The hell you say! When givren the reservation#, they said they are closed. Our hundreds and stranded in Mexico scrambling for a place to stay.

Fantastic place to stay. The location is superb; 5 minutes to the beach, and restaurants and bars are very close. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I have really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone. Oh and it smells so great inside...

Love my stay here (one more night). Been here several days. Very safe, comfortable, the front desk is very helpful and the pool area is super nice. Location is great. Close to the party but far enough to be quiet.

Great penthouse. Missing a few little things but overall a fabulouse gem just off the busy 5th ave but close enough to enjoy it.

Great price on a clean and quiet room near the center of the busiest tourist and local bar scene just a few blocks from the beach. I got a room with a double bed, smaller 27" TV, desk area, large closet and a pantry. My room didn't have a bath or a towel bar, but a spacious walk in shower, and a full budet not just a fancy toilet seat. It also has a kitchen / dining room equipped with a small 4 burner gas range, oven, microwave, toaster, sink, and something I've never seen the likes of that I think is a drip coffee maker. If I was a coffee drinker, I would probably enjoy the challenge of figuring it out after I get my morning coffee from the Starbucks down the street. The pantry even contains pots, frying pan, cutting board, utensils, and dishes... even a corkscrew and strainer. The kitchen/dining room are separated from the bedroom with a door and the bathroom has a door as well, so I actually got what some places call a two or three room suite in a hotel with a cozy pool courtyard for a price that Tom Bodet couldn't touch. If I can come up with a reason to return to Playa del Carmen, I'll be most likely staying here.

Everything was perfect. Quiet at night, but 2-5 min from 5th Avenue, Walmart and ADO bus station. Personal are outstanding. We have some problems, but they solved it for us in the best way. Highly recommend!
