★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima empresa. Concuerdo con el comentario de la persona anterior. La chica que atiende no es profesional. Te dicen por telefono que si tienen en stock, llegas por el producto y luego te dicen que no. Los costos son elevados. Los productos te los entregan en bolsas de plastico con un nudo, no tienen etiquetas de fecha de caducidad ni fecha de fabricacion. Algunos productos te los venden con aglomeraciones acumuladas, lo cual indica pesimas condiciones de almacenamiento, cuidado!.
La empresa se disculpa en comentarios anteriores diciendo que va a solucionar los problemas y hasta la fecha no ha hecho nada, no toma la critica como oportunidad de mejora y no le importa el cliente.
Pesima company. I agree with the comment of the previous person. The girl who attends is not professional. They tell you over the phone that if they have in stock, you arrive for the product and then they say no. The costs are high. The products are delivered to you in plastic bags with a knot, they do not have labels of expiration date or date of manufacture. Some products sell them with accumulated agglomerations, which indicates poor storage conditions, beware!
The company apologizes in previous comments saying that it will solve the problems and to date has not done anything, does not take criticism as an opportunity for improvement and does not care about the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los productos que manejan son muy buenos, pero la atención de la señorita que atiende en el mostrador es de lo más nefasta, un día me aventó mi cambio y cerró su ventanita y se metió como si no se hubiera dado cuenta de lo que hizo, desde ahí ya no compro con ustedes.
Tendrán el mejor producto del mundo, pero si su actitud y atención con el cliente es pésima perderán muchísimos clientes, yo espero y ya hallan cambiado de recepcionista ?
