★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de visitar y maravillarnos con la arqueología de Mitla, acudimos a la fábrica artesanal rancho blanco, se encuentra como a 10 minutos en auto desde Mitla dirección Oaxaca centro, el lugar es un taller pequeño, desde que llegas te reciben con una sonrisa y te invitan a degustar su mezcal, orgullosos de ser de los mejores, te acercan sal de gusano y limón, dando como resultado una degustación exquisita, tienen de todas las etapas del mezcal, desde el blanco salido de la fabricación al reposado pasado por su tiempo, sus precios son razonables y competitivos a diferencia de otros talleres.
