Así que buscamos y buscamos fabricantes de la ciudad y de los que sobresalían eran los colchones Wendy y los colchones UNIKONFORT. Comparamos precios y los Wendy resultaron ser muy caros, y cuando fuimos a ver los UNIKONFORT pues nos quedamos sorprendidos con su calidad y precio. No me parecen nada caros para la calidad que ofrecen, pues en Wendy me cotizaron uno con las características iguales al que compré en casi 12,000 pesos en tamaño King Size. Y en UNIKONFORT me costó 8,050 tamaño King Size, fue un Nube pocket encapsulado doble colchoneta, que por cierto en la colchoneta tiene Memory Foam así que ya se imaginarán lo rico que se siente. También compramos 5 almohadas y un cubre colchón, en total fueron 10,560, osea que con mucho menos hasta nos alcanzó todo lo que ya les dije ?. Muy buena calidad de los materiales que utilizan y por un muy buen precio. Otras marcas, con esas características, pueden estar hasta un 50% más costosos. Yo solo iba a comprar un colchón individual, y terminé comprando otros dos (un queen size y otro individual, más dos almohadas). De igual manera, el servicio post-venta es excelente. Me sorprendió la calidad con la que tratan a sus clientes, lo eficientes que son, me invitaron a conocer los materiales con los que estarían hechos mis colchones, al llegar a la fábrica me sorprendió la calidad del servicio que tienen todos los que ahí laboran, especialmente Daniel y Óscar que son con los que yo estuve en contacto. A pesar de que hubo errores siempre se mostraron dispuestos a qué se cumpliera el objetivo. Cuando me decían yo le llamo, lo hacían. La entrada muy puntual y siempre sirviendo alegres, con una actitud inigualable. Pocas empresas como ésta. Felicidades en esta ocasión compré cubrecolchones y el servicio sigue siendo excelente mis felicitaciones a uniconfort. A year ago I had a special size mattress made.
