★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este lugar podras ver el proceso artesanal de mezcal en cobre y tambien el ancestral en barro. El maestro mezcalero te lo explicara y te dara una degustacion de los diferentes mezcales, tambien probaras la piña despues de la cocción on. Mis favoritos Tobala y Tepeztate.
 In this place you will be able to see the artisan process of mezcal in copper and also the ancestral one in clay. The mezcal master will explain it to you and give you a tasting of the different mezcals, you will also taste the pineapple after cooking on. My favorites Tobala and Tepeztate.

Enseñan cómo se hace tanto el proceso del mezcal artesanal (destilado en cobre) como el ancestral (en barro), y trabajan con muchas variedades de agaves. Pedro nos atendió excelentemente y hasta hubo tlayudas de comer. Completamente recomendado.
Excellent place to know the mezcal production process and buy excellent bottles at a good price. They teach how the process of artisanal mezcal (distilled in copper) and ancestral (in mud) is done, and work with many varieties of agaves. Pedro attended us excellently and there were even tlayudas to eat. Fully recommended.

One of the best palenques I've been to in Oaxaca and Matatlán. The mezcal is 100% handmade and Gonzalo is always willing to share this wisdom of mezcal and country life with some good mezcals.
