The tour inside their ceramic workshops is beautiful. Their museum is nice as well as the sales room. The processing is not industrial but the workers can be seen at work. The prices of the ceramics vary according to the piece, but it cannot be said to be cheap.

Our family went into the store to have lunch. It wasn't served 20 minutes after I placed the order, and the pancakes in the set were served 20 minutes after I finished eating. It's a Mexican food that isn't very delicious. And my son and I developed abdominal pain and enteritis with fever. Hygiene may not be managed. I should have looked at the comments more carefully.

Excellent Talavera pottery. The museum and the show room are basically the same thing. Be sure to see all of their rooms before you make a final selection. Discounts are possible if you buy multiple items.

They produce genuine, quality, talavera on site. The quality is good, and the staff are friendly. It's the only place I buy talavera in town.

Really loved their product. There are a variety of items making it a one stop shop for talavera. They are friendly and take you through the store. One of the best tea sets of talavera I saw while in puebla (speaking about the commercial area of course) pro tip: they have an upstairs area you can also request to access.

When I was looking for the items to buy, I wanted to take pictures to share with somebody to get the opinion. I specifically asked a guy inside if it is okay to take pictures and he said yes, then later lady who also worked there pretty aggressively prohibited to take pictures. It threw me off and I decided not to spend my money there. Hope other people get better experience.

I ended up in beautiful Puebla on my way to hike Mt. Orizaba. As I usually do on my adventure trips I love to buy works of art from local artisans. Typically I don't have the ability to carry these pieces with me given their size and have had these smaller shops ship to California from all over the world, Cambodia, Tanzania, Mexico and Israel. I found two vases that I fell in love with (see attached pictures) and I decided to purchase them for full list price (18,000 pesos or ~$950.00 USD). Given my success in having similar items shipped to my residence in conjunction with the beautiful set of stores operated under the name Armando I arranged with the store clerk's that they would call and/or email with the shipping amount once they determined packaging and shipper but they estimated it would be ~4,000 pesos which sounded reasonable. Now nearly a month later I have not received the vases nor an email but rather two phone calls asking for 11,000 pesos to ship which I let them know is exorbitant for these items and to please do better on pricing. I received several texts that an email would be forthcoming, none appeared and no credit to my credit card has been applied. While I would love to have written a glowing review of this business I unfortunately have to leave this review to warn others that they should be very hesitant about not taking their purchases with them. I have contacted American Express to open an inquiry on this transaction and hopefully one day I will have my money refunded to me. I will update this review as more information comes my way. ————- Update: I ended up going back to Mexico City and had the vases sent to my hotel for $100 USD and then I checked them in on my flight home. If I did not go back to Mexico this would have been a very large expense to get these vases. They are now at my house and beautiful. I would buy from this firm again but would handle my own shipping.
