M	Melva Pamela Valle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando fui a ver me atendieron bien, incluso encargamos, ahí empezaron los problemas, me dieron una fecha de entrega que no cumplieron y ni siquiera una llamada, cuando fui a preguntar por mi pedido me cambiaron totalmente la dinámica de entrega y según ellos "estaba en tiempo" pero todo con muy mala actitud, me arrepiento de haberles comprado aún cuando no veo el producto por que no esta bien que encima de que hacen las cosas a medias te traten como si tu fueras el que no entiendes. When I went to see they treated me well, we even ordered, then the problems began, they gave me a delivery date that they did not meet and not even a call, when I went to ask about my order they completely changed the delivery dynamics and according to them "it was in time "but all with a very bad attitude, I regret having bought them even when I don't see the product because it is not right that on top of that they do things by halves they treat you as if you were the one who did not understand.
S	Sergio Delgadillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio al cliente. Les encargué una sala esquinera y un love seat, el diseño me encantó, pero les faltó un detalle que pedí específicamente en mi diseño. Al entregarlo me di cuenta que no tenía ese detalle que pedí. Así que llamé para pedir que arreglaran el asiento a como yo lo pedí, y siempre contesta un hombre que parece como si él fuera quien te hace el favor de vender sus muebles. Pregunté por la mujer que me atendió personalmente el día del pedido (que parecía ser una persona muy seria y profesional) pero casualmente nunca se encontraba, a lo que me dijeron que cuando llegara, ella se pondría en contacto conmigo. Lo cual nunca sucedió. Debido a que trabajo prácticamente todo el día no podía ir personalmente. Un día tuve una hora libre y fui a hablar personalmente con ellos. La mujer me dijo que ella no estaba enterada de las llamadas y se comprometió en enviar a alguien por la pieza a cambiar. Eso tampoco sucedió. Mis padres tuvieron que ir una semana después de mi visita para informarles que ya no querían que se modificara nada, que sólo querían que se les entregarán los cojines que eran parte de la compra. Los de la Mueblería juraron que por la tarde enviarían a alguien y qué creen? Eso tampoco sucedió. Tal ves mi error estuvo en pagar todo al principio, pero se los hago saber para que sepan con quien están tratando. Bad customer service. I commissioned a corner room and a love seat from them, I loved the design, but they lacked a detail that I specifically asked for in my design. Upon delivering it, I realized that I did not have that detail that I asked for. So I called to ask for the seat to be fixed as I requested, and a man who seems as if he's the one doing you the favor of selling his furniture always answers. I asked about the woman who attended me personally on the day of the order (who seemed to be a very serious and professional person) but coincidentally she was never found, to which they told me that when she arrived, she would contact me. Which never happened. Because I work practically all day, I couldn't go personally. One day I had a free hour and I went to speak personally with them. The woman told me that she was not aware of the calls and promised to send someone for the room to change. That didn't happen either. My parents had to go a week after my visit to inform them that they no longer wanted anything to be modified, that they only wanted the cushions that were part of the purchase delivered. The people at the Furniture Store swore that they would send someone in the afternoon and what do they think? That didn't happen either. Maybe my mistake was in paying everything at the beginning, but I let you know so that you know who you are dealing with.

Mandamos hacer una sala en L con ellos y quedamos muy satisfechos con la calidad el servicio el precio y la variedad de las telas que tienen.
