★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraccionamiento muy poblado ya, que al principio se conservaba con su estilo de casas, ahora han modificado sus casas y hay muchas tiendas, comercios y hasta taller mecánico, a mi gusto lo han hecho muy popular, cuando se distinguía por su estilo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar tranquilo. Las áreas verdes no las he visto bien cuidadas, les falta un poco más de atención. Lugar difícil de acceder si no tienes auto. Faltaría transporte que ayude a llegar fácilmente a dicho fraccionamiento.
Peaceful place. I have not seen the green areas well cared for, they lack a little more attention. Difficult place to access if you don't have a car. There would be a lack of transport that helps to easily reach said subdivision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraccionamiento muy seguro, tiene vigilancia las 24 horas con rondines de oficiales por todas las calles, la circulación de vehículos es moderada, no hay problemas de tráfico. Hay varios topes que ayudan a proveer de espacios seguros para los transeúntes y niños que juegan. Las áreas verdes están bien cuidadas y los vecinos en general son amables.
It is a very safe subdivision, has 24-hour surveillance with officers' rondines all over the streets, vehicle traffic is moderate, there are no traffic problems. There are several stops that help provide safe spaces for passers-by and children who play. The green areas are well maintained and the neighbors in general are friendly.
