★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy retirada la ubicación pero al ver las casas son otra cosa. Mucho espacio y metros de terreno y construcción que valen la pena. Son a futuro estás casas ya que te puedes expandir al frente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta tranquilo el lugar solo que le falta más por estar en desarrollo , le falta la conexión a drenaje por falta de planta tratadora de aguas y por ende no tiene contrato con jumapav para el uso de agua sin embargo si nos están cumpliendo con el agua potable y la recolección de aguas residuales y aguas negras atravez de un pozo y uso de camión para llevar el agua residual
Cabe resaltar que el agua por el momento no se nos está cobrando
