El servicio excelente. Ninet es la mejor y trata con delicadeza, la recomiendo ampliamente. Me hubiera gustado ponerles 5 estrellas, pero la encargada de las citas es algo intransigente y por protocolo, no nos permite socializar cliente con esteticista.

Pesimo.. tres veces me cancelaron mi cita.. la primera según lo que me dijo creo la dueña. Una señora de voz ya madura..dísculpa no nos fijamos y ya había otras citas... hace como 3 meses. Después tonta confiada volví a intentar hacer cita, me la hicieron y un día después me la volvieron a cancelar y así tres veces? De verdad ??? No se si oecan de soberbia x tener clientes o si es Poca profesionalidad, mala organización, irresponsabilidad y denas... la última vez la chica tuvo la vergüenza de decime .. pues es q no nos damos abasto porque sólo pocas atendiendo!!! Realmente creen q entre cita y cita desinfectanbn todo ?? No creo si saturan su agenda.. y con pocas chicas ... Q horror. NO PIERDAN SU TIEMPO!

Cancelan citas ya programadas para dar prioridad a otros clientes, eso no es profesional.Una gran falta de respeto.

Los mejores faciales tengo años llendo ahí y siempre las muchachas hacen su trabajo impecable siempre al pie de la letra, no te lastiman y los precios son super accesibles. Es el único lugar de los 20 o 30 lugares donde me he hecho limpiezas que me encanta y voy cada mes sin falta. La. Microdermoabrasion dura 2 horas y van a salir enamorados.

Pésimo servicio. Avisé para cancelar una cita porque no iba a poder llegar y me la querían cobrar. Sus productos son caros y no son efectivos. Más de un año en tratamiento sin ver resultados reales no lo recomiendo.

I have been to this place about a dozen times. The technicians are very thorough and overall I like the steps and process. I've never been hurt or damaged by the work, and for all the different appointments, I think that is saying something. During the pandemic I noticed that their protocol was very strong as well. Two things occurred in succession, however, that meant I will never go back. The first is that I had to cancel one appointment last minute and the response from their customer service was to accost me with unprofessional messages and screaming punctuation. I responded after this that I was forthcoming to them and was a good customer and apologized. The second was that I was 20 minutes late to a subsequent appointment. In the other appointments I had never been late before, normally I had been served quickly, so I didn't know what would happen. And the reason I was late was that the car was late and there was new traffic with the city opening up. It happens. Anyway, when I arrived the staff appeared to be in a huff. The facial itself seemed to go okay, but then the technician ended the service BEFORE the hour was up. I got up and looked around and everyone's facials were still occurring, and it seemed to me that this was a deliberate act by the office. It was especially unusual because of all the steps and that it's timed to end at the bottom of the hour. So I had been deliberately stiffed. At that time I looked at my phone and saw a number of the same unprofessional messages and 2 missed calls. I have always been a good and normal customer, tipping well and polite. Things happen and its reasonable to still expect a normal level of respect for clients and to behave in a way THAT IS NOT PUNITIVE. To have these things happen and what I feel was to be "taught a lesson" means that I will never return here. It is a shame because I would normally laud and recommend a place like this to my friends because they have the process down pat. But like so many things in Mexico eventually it turned out to be dark and rude underneath.
