i got to the los mochis airport at 1:30pm
no one at their service desk window,
i asked the next agent from Alamo and he says they're not even open and their car lot is empty that theres no cars available.
poor unacceptable service!!
i'm not fully enjoying my vacation without a car is not as fun and convenient.
i would never ever trust these guys at sixt again i will tell all my friends and relatives not to trust this company. dont ever prepay these guys will rent your reserved rental car to other people who is willing to pay more on the spot!!
