Mi familia completa vamos a entrenar desde hace 4 años. Desde mi hijo de 13 años, mis hijas de 21 y 22,mi esposo de 50 y yo de 43. Muy atentos, siempre al pendiente de nosotros para que no nos lesionemos. Adaptan los entrenamientos para todos los niveles y te ayudan a ir progresando a tu ritmo sin forzarte nada. My whole family has been training for 4 years. From my 13-year-old son, my daughters, 21 and 22, my husband, 50, and I, 43.
